What you can do now is to rename this folder (not the file!) with its cryptic number and call a spade a spade. You don't even have to open the file, the preview on the right side suffices entirely.
If you have activated the file preview in your Windows browser/Explorer (ALT+P), you will already see a "name value" or "ID value" on the right-hand side, which contains the name/title of the mod. You can simply open a folder with one of these cryptic workshop ID numbers in the workshop folder of the respective game (which you indeed have to identify first), and within this mod folder click on the file "SubModule.xml". You do not need to search for specific mod IDs. Mod Discretion -All moderators reserve the right to remove and/or keep up any posts and comments at their discretion, whether or not they violate the rules. Rule 9: No Link Shorteners -Do not use link shorteners in posts or comments, such as, but not limited to: goo.gl, bit.ly, su.pr, ow.ly, deck.ly, etc. Rule 8: Image Hosting -All images posted must be hosted by reddit. Rule 1: Explanation -All images must include an explanation of what the viewer is looking at, either through the post itself (title, image), or through a comment labeled "R1 explanation".
